By submitting your information on our landing page and checking the consent box, you expressly consent — pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") and applicable state law — to be contacted by Leave Timeshare and its authorized representatives at the telephone number and email address you provided. This consent includes contact by:

  • Live calls placed by a Leave Timeshare advocate;
  • Calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer);
  • Prerecorded or artificial-voice messages;
  • SMS / MMS text messages;
  • Email messages.

You acknowledge that the contact methods above may be used to discuss timeshare exit services, answer your questions, schedule follow-up consultations, and provide updates about your case.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to provide consent in order to purchase any goods or services. You may still call us directly at (866) 236-6984 without submitting a form.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile telephone number and agreeing to the consent language on our landing page, you authorize Leave Timeshare to send recurring SMS / MMS text messages to that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your engagement. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving communications from Leave Timeshare at any time:

  • SMS: reply STOP to any text message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which we will not send you further texts. Reply HELP at any time for help.
  • Calls: tell the advocate you wish to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, or call (866) 236-6984 and request the same.
  • Email: click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you, or email info@leavetimeshare.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe."

We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. Opting out of marketing communications does not stop transactional messages relating to an active service engagement.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. The information you submit on this landing page — your name, telephone number, email address, and timeshare brand or resort — is collected and used solely to evaluate whether Leave Timeshare can help you exit your timeshare and to contact you about that evaluation.

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not rent or trade your personal information for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our customer-relationship management system, our email service provider, or independent attorneys who review timeshare contracts on our behalf) and who are contractually required to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

We retain your information for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, plus a reasonable additional period for compliance, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes.

We do not sell, resell, or rent timeshares, and we are not affiliated with any timeshare developer.
